Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborating with other associates, you will ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment properly.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, and encourage others to adopt new technologies.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
