Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, be flexible to business needs, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, manage quality and dates, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand and high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful team environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and team members, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and learning from feedback.
