Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and consistency, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and engagement; utilize handheld technology for decision-making and encourage others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support and train team members, and embody the brand values.
