Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment safely.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and enhance associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, and develop team members.

Additional responsibilities include adhering to company policies, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, serving customers, striving for excellence, and supporting team development.

Benefits
