Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain flexibility to meet business needs.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery production, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment properly.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, and adapt to new technologies.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high service standards, support and develop team members, and embody the company's values.

Benefits
