Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, support and develop team members, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
