Job description

Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and the shopping experience, utilize handheld technology for business decisions, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, manage inventory, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
6. Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete work assignments effectively.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with potential premiums depending on circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications...
