Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality, follow recipes, operate decorating tools, and adhere to food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage with associates and members.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
