Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develop interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service. Be flexible to the needs of the business, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes and measurement instructions, and work with various decorating tools. Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management. Operate and sanitize equipment, demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and increase associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise, ordering, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery area performance, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and prepare for seasonal events. Assist members with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and identify member needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand by valuing members' experience, model high-quality service, and develop and mentor others. Foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
