Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Maintain and process shipments according to company policies, develop delivery schedules, compile and organize receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, route merchandise, and handle expenses.
• Receive merchandise, organize the Receiving area, utilize equipment, merchandise appropriately, and complete documentation.
• Track and process claims, handle damaged goods, maintain the clearance area, and utilize technology for reporting.
• Ensure safety by following standards, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and ethics, and implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and team members, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and suggest improvements.
• Respect individuals, embrace diversity, foster a culture of belonging, and support team development.
• Act with integrity, uphold high standards of ethics, and support Walmart's values and sustainability goals.
• Deliver results with a focus on customer satisfaction.
