Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Bakery Department Lead, you will drive sales and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will model expertise in Bakery and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club's expectations.

Responsibilities
  1. Be a Team Leader: Supervise the Bakery team, communicate goals, execute programs, adhere to policies, and collaborate with other leaders to meet member expectations.
  2. Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of business operations, product specifications, and ensure standards for quality, safety, and compliance.
  3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve the shopping experience.
  4. Be an Owner: Drive business results, maintain a safe and clean work area, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Train and develop team members, encourage growth, and source new talent.
  6. Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, monitor results, and identify improvements.
  7. Compliance: Promote adherence to policies and ethical standards.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead and support teams, coordinate work, and adapt to challenges.
