The Associate Merchant helps shape and execute the category strategy for School Supplies, supporting a business that serves customers' learning, work, and creative needs throughout the year. This role manages critical parts of the day-to-day business, including assortment, pricing, inventory, item execution, performance analysis, and supplier partnership. The Associate Merchant uses customer and business insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver a compelling, affordable assortment across stores and digital channels. Working with Merchants and cross-functional partners, this role brings key seasonal moments, modular resets, supplier initiatives, and customer experiences to life.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
