Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Implementing business plans by communicating goals, managing staffing, scheduling, duties, and workloads to meet facility objectives.
• Monitoring and managing productivity through business reports analysis.
• Maintaining quality and safety standards by training associates and ensuring policy compliance.
• Addressing concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers, and taking corrective actions.
• Supervising and developing team members, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Managing maintenance operations related to warehouse equipment and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Managing financial aspects such as expenses, capital expenditures, and asset utilization.
