Position Summary

What you'll do
  1. Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
  2. Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.
  3. Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing and analyzing business reports.
  4. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring compliance.
  5. Identify concerns from associates, customers, or suppliers, and determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.
  6. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs.
  7. Manage maintenance operations, ensuring performance related to warehouse equipment and compliance with regulations.
  8. Manage financial aspects by monitoring expenses, capital expenditures, and asset utilization.
  9. Build high-performing teams that embrace diversity, create a culture of belonging, and foster opportunities for all associates.
  10. Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart's values, and promoting a culture of accountability.
  11. Serve customers by delivering results, making data-driven decisions, and considering the needs of customers, associates, shareholders, suppliers, and communities.
  12. Drive continuous improvement through learning, adopting new technologies, and encouraging change.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an industrial field with 1 year of supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment, including at least 6 months leading a team, with 1 year in maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

Optional qualifications include knowledge of compliance, general maintenance, Microsoft Office, regulatory agencies, and degrees in Business or Logistics.
