Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals, e.g., production, quality, safety.

Monitor and manage productivity by analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring compliance. Address concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions or recommendations.

Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting their growth. Manage maintenance department operations, ensuring equipment performance and regulatory compliance. Oversee financial aspects, including expenses, asset utilization, and reporting.

Foster an inclusive environment, build trust, motivate, and influence teams. Attract, retain, and develop talent, recognizing contributions. Uphold integrity, ethics, and compliance, modeling Walmart values and supporting a culture of belonging and positive impact.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment, including maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Compliance, General Maintenance, Microsoft Office, Regulatory Agency knowledge. Bachelor's degrees in Business or Logistics preferred.
