Monitor and manage productivity by analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies, standards, and procedures, and monitoring compliance. Address concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting their growth. Manage maintenance department operations, ensuring equipment performance and regulatory compliance. Oversee financial aspects, including expenses, asset utilization, and reporting.

The annual salary range is $80,000 - $120,000, with additional bonuses and potential location-based pay adjustments.
Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in an industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field, or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment, including maintenance experience.
Compliance, General Maintenance, Microsoft Office, Regulatory Agency knowledge. Bachelor's degrees in Business or Logistics preferred.
