Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitoring compliance; and supporting documentation. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development. Monitor productivity through business reports. Address associate, customer, or supplier concerns and implement corrective actions. Execute the business plan by communicating goals, managing staffing, and coordinating workloads to meet facility objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00, with potential additional bonuses and compensation based on location and performance.

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience; or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience; or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience; or 2 years supervisory experience.
