Responsible for supervising logistics operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and developing associates and leaders. Communicates effectively with teams and external partners, monitors productivity, and implements business plans to meet facility goals. • Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns.
• Implement business plans, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate workloads.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, plus 1 year related supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
