Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Director, US Wealth Investor Services to lead a scalable servicing model for our U.S. Wealth platform, focusing on alternatives.

You will own the investor lifecycle and drive efficiency, quality, and client experience across advisors, investors, and intermediary partners. You will partner with Distribution, Product, Fund Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and external providers to deliver best-in-class servicing while maintaining strong risk

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in investor services or wealth platform operations.
• Experience with alternative investments within the U.S. Wealth channel.
• Onboarding, suitability, subscription/redemption processing knowledge.
• Experience with wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, and broker-dealers.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investor services function across advisors, investors, and partners.
• Define and scale a high-quality servicing model with SLAs and standards.
• Own a KPI-driven servicing framework covering responsiveness and outcomes.
• Serve as senior escalation point for onboarding, subscriptions, and issues.
• Oversee end-to-end investor lifecycle including AML/KYC, transfers, reporting.
• Partner with Distribution and National Accounts to support onboarding and service.
