Job summary

Wellington Management is seeking a Director, US Wealth Investor Services to lead the servicing design and execution for our U.S. Wealth platform.

You will own the end-to-end investor lifecycle and drive efficiency through process design, technology, and cross-functional partnership. Ideal candidates bring 10–15+ years in investor services with deep knowledge of alternatives, onboarding, and platform operations, and a proven ability to scale teams and manage complex onboarding and client

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in investor services, private wealth servicing, or wealth platform operations.
• Significant experience supporting alternative investment products within the U.S. Wealth channel.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, suitability, subscription/redemption processing, and transfer agency coordination.
• Experience working with wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, and broker-dealers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investor services function across advisors, investors, and intermediary partners.
• Define and scale a high-quality servicing model with SLAs and escalation protocols.
• Own a KPI-driven servicing model for performance across responsiveness and activation.
• Serve as escalation point for onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and inquiries.
• Oversee end-to-end investor lifecycle including AML/KYC, transfers, and reporting.
• Drive efficiency and scalability through workflow optimization and tech enablement.
