Job summary

Wellington Management seeks a Director, US Wealth Investor Services to lead the design, execution, and evolution of the servicing model for our U.S. Wealth platform, focusing on alternative investment solutions.

You will own the end-to-end investor lifecycle and drive efficiency through process design and technology enablement. The role requires building a disciplined, metrics-driven servicing function, partnering with Distribution, Product, Fund Operations, and external service providers while

Qualifications

• Investor servicing expertise across alternatives and traditional products.
• Experience managing end-to-end investor lifecycle and servicing operations.
• Proven ability to scale servicing models and improve workflows.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investor services function supporting advisors, investors, and intermediary partners across investment products.
• Define and scale a high-quality servicing model with service standards, SLAs, escalation protocols, and operating framework.
• Own a KPI-driven servicing model with metrics on responsiveness, resolution, platform activation, and advisor experience.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and platform issues.
• Oversee end-to-end investor lifecycle including AML/KYC, transfers, and reporting across product structures.
• Partner with Distribution and National Accounts to support onboarding and integration with custodians and service providers.
• Drive efficiency and scalability through workflow optimization, automation, and technology enablement.
