Job summary

ZURU is seeking a Director of Trade Marketing – U.S. to define and elevate how we go to market. This pivotal role will own the U.S. 4P framework and partnering with Sales Directors to sharpen forecasting, account strategy, and commercial planning.

You will drive the operating system that positions ZURU as a leading toy company in the U.S. market. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep experience in trade marketing and revenue management within a fast-paced consumer

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Trade Marketing, Sales Strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in CPG, Toys, or fast-moving consumer goods preferred.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and business planning abilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate U.S. 4P strategy across Presence, Price, Place, and Promotion.
• Develop channel-specific, category-centric 4P strategies with Sales Directors.
• Establish standards for assortment, pricing ladders, promotions, placement, and launches.
• Build annual, seasonal, and account-level sales strategies with retailers.
• Create world-class forecasting frameworks and cadences with Sales, Finance, and Commercial.
• Lead the Sales Operating System to drive consistent execution and performance.
