Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, ideally including Big Four/public accounting and in-house multinational corporate tax experience.
• Deep expertise in public company ASC 740 income tax accounting, U.S. corporate taxation, financial statement disclosures, and tax-related SOX controls.
• Experience with tax technology, ERP systems, and process automation initiatives; OneSource Tax Provision and indirect tax engine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision process, including ETR analysis and disclosures.
• Oversee U.S. federal, state, local, Puerto Rico, and indirect tax compliance processes.
• Lead review of tax audit workpapers and information requests; coordinate with external advisors.
• Drive tax technology, controls, and process improvements to support SOX and scalable reporting.
• Advise Finance and business leaders on tax reporting and operational matters.
