Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager, Tax Reporting to lead quarterly and annual U.S. and international tax provisions. You will serve as a technical resource for ASC 740, coordinate foreign tax packages, and drive improvements in tax reporting processes.

The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in OneSource Tax Provision. Prior multinational tax experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor degree with analytics experience in Tax Reporting.
• Strong ASC 740 and U.S. international tax knowledge required.
• Experience with tax provision, compliance, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead provision process components, prepare calculations, journal entries, and workpapers.
• Act as ASC 740 technical reference, advise on guidance.
• Analyze material provision items and tax planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, and legal teams to reflect matters in reporting.
• Coordinate international tax provision workflows and foreign package reviews.
• Review international tax calculations and be involved in BEAT, GILTI topics.
