Experience:

Trainee/entry-level to senior roles, from Senior Manager to Director and Partner.

General Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate tax departments, focusing on U.S. federal, state, and/or international tax.
• Prior experience in a top tax firm or Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of complex tax compliance, provision work, and advisory services.
• Specialized skills in areas such as individual, partnership, international, digital assets, etc.
• Exposure to SALT, transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, or IRS controversy is a plus.
• CPA qualification preferred; EA, MST/LL.M in Tax valued.
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and leading client engagements.
• Familiarity with tax planning, entity structuring, M&A tax due diligence, offshore structures is a plus.
