Job summary

The role requires a valid CPA or EA, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment across multiple offices. Domestic relocation supported.

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning, including corporate income, franchise, sales and use taxes.
• Calculate tax liabilities, prepare and file U.S. tax returns, and manage equity-related tax matters.
• Ensure proper U.S. tax treatment of employee benefits and compensation.
• Conduct U.S. tax due diligence for acquisitions and support tax-efficient structuring of transactions.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and liaise with IRS and state authorities.
