Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks an America Strategic Integrated Energy Solutions Architect to drive the energy transition by shaping and delivering low-carbon, integrated energy systems for large users across America.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and external partners to define architecture, optimize LCOE, and win strategic projects including geothermal, CHP, heat pumps, and long-duration storage.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated energy solutions and power systems.
• Knowledge of geothermal, CHP, heat pumps, and energy storage.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into competitive integrated solutions.
• Strong communication and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape, and win integrated energy projects across America.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions across geothermal, condensers, heat pumps, CHP, LongDuration Energy Storage, and integrated energy systems.
• Engage with data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, and IPPs to create demand and build value propositions.
• Define the technical architecture of integrated systems to optimize LCOE/LCOH/LCOS and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Proposal Management, Engineering, Finance, and external partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Act as a thought leader and ambassador for Baker Hughes at customer meetings and industry forums.
