As a Store Leader, you build and lead a team to engage and support customers in a dynamic environment. Description
  1. Lead and coach a team that identifies customers’ needs, provide exceptional customer interactions, and deliver on Apple’s business priorities.
  2. Coach and develop leaders to create high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
  3. Be responsible for attracting, recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  4. Consistently and actively participate in Floor Leadership and remove operational obstacles to improve the customer experience and team member performance.
  5. Be responsible for developing the store’s operational strategy to drive Apple’s business priorities and achieve store performance goals.
  6. Determine store scheduling strategy in alignment with program guidelines, considering business, individual, and team needs, and achieving scheduling guidance.
  7. Analyze and use business information to support and execute the Apple Retail vision.
  8. Regularly assess team and customer sentiment through formal and informal channels, address areas of opportunity, and recognize successes.
  9. Maintain and uphold Apple’s policies and procedures, and protect all company assets including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
  10. Perform other tasks as needed.
  11. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.
  12. Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity daily.
  13. Be a role model for inclusive leadership, building, developing, and retaining diverse teams.
  14. Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliably attend scheduled work.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • Have 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or related fields.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $114,800 to $191,300, depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional benefits include stock programs, medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounts, educational reimbursement, bonuses, and relocation options. Learn more about Apple Benefits.
