Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing organization in Minneapolis, MN. The role supports factory operations, product engineering, and CI initiatives.

You will analyze processes, lead Lean/Six Sigma efforts, and drive cost reductions and quality improvements. Requirements include a Bachelor's in a STEM field and 5+ years in manufacturing environments, with experience in failure analysis and RCCA. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, test, or process engineering experience.
• Experience performing failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, RCCA, and FMEA.
• U.S. Citizen, Green Card, or eligible as a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering support for Ring Laser Gyroscope production, including glass machining processes.
• Perform failure analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and diagnosis of returned products to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze yield, performance, and process capability data to monitor product health and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, and FMEA methodologies.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements that reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten cycle times.
