Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• 12+ years in the semiconductor industry, preferably supporting HVM environments.
• 5+ years in global operations, procurement, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience establishing operational metrics and leading strategic transformation programs.
• Proven proficiency in AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year Procurement Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead regional Procurement Operations teams across Order-to-Pay processes.
• Drive AI and automation adoption within Procurement Operations and intelligent workflows.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service metrics, and governance controls.
• Partner with senior leaders to implement strategic solutions for growth and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor and develop procurement leaders and communicate strategic priorities.
