Qualifications

10+ years in leadership roles managing procurement/supply chain/operations teams.
12+ years in the semiconductor industry, preferably in HVM environments.
5+ years in global operations/procurement leadership.
Proven track record in establishing metrics and driving continuous improvement.
Experience leading AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a multi-year Procurement Operations strategy.
Lead regional Procurement Operations teams across PO-to-Pay processes.
Drive AI and automation adoption to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Establish and monitor KPIs, service metrics, and governance controls.
Partner with senior leaders to align procurement ops with business growth and strategy.
