Develop and implement a multi-year Procurement Operations strategy aligned with business objectives and supplier landscapes.
Lead regional Procurement Operations teams across PO-to-Pay processes for service delivery, excellence, and global consistency.
Drive AI and automation adoption across Procurement Operations, using BKMs, intelligent workflows, and human-in-the-loop solutions to boost efficiency and decisions.
Establish and optimize KPIs, service metrics, controls, and performance plans.
Collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to develop strategic solutions for growth and operational effectiveness.
Ensure policy, regulatory, and procurement compliance with strong governance and risk management.
Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and promote customer focus.
Lead and mentor procurement leaders while communicating corporate initiatives and priorities.
