Job summary

TP ICAP Group's Real Q division seeks a Sales Trader Leader to join the US Fixed Income team in Chicago. You will provide high-quality execution support and day-to-day client coverage for institutional investors and sell-side traders.

The role drives engagement across trading protocols, resolves trade issues, and ensures excellent client service while collaborating with internal teams. On-site Chicago-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capital markets experience.
• Experience on an execution desk in sales-trader or similar.
• Familiarity with OMS, EMS and trading workflow tech.
• Proven ability to service clients and build relationships.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities
