Job summary

TP ICAP Americas Holdings Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Sales Trader leader for Real Q Fixed Income to deliver high-quality execution support and day-to-day client coverage for institutional investors and sell-side traders.

Role Overview

Real Q is seeking a sales trader leader to join the US Real Q Fixed Income team. The Sales Trader role focuses on providing high-quality execution support and day-to-day client coverage for institutional investors and sell side traders. The role facilitates trading activity, delivers market insight, and ensures a high standard of client service while driving engagement across the firm’s trading protocols. The Sales Trader operates in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment and acts as a key link between clients, liquidity, and internal teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trade execution and client trading requests
• Encourage participation and liquidity engagement across trading protocols
• Resolve trade issues, booking errors, and post-trade queries
• Provide client education on workflows, tools, and best practices
• Support onboarding and adoption of new products and enhancements
• Deepen the Real\Q relationships with existing clients.

Experience / Competences Essential
