Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an Instant Payments Product Management Lead for the US. Based in New York, you will own the regional product strategy and drive end-to-end lifecycle for real‑time payment capabilities, in alignment with global strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, IT and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions, manage risks, and maximize client value, while leading market adaptations and revenue growth in the US market.

Qualifications

• Product management experience across full lifecycle, including delivery and commercialization.
• Ability to manage risk and governance aspects of a product.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Sales and IT to maintain and develop the Instant Payments offering.
• Define and document business requirements and market problems; ensure compliance with policy.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues with domain leads.
• Own US Instant Payments product strategy and roadmap; align with global strategy.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define client value proposition, pricing, and commercialization to drive adoption.
• Monitor regulatory developments and market trends for positioning.
• Partner with technology, operations, compliance, and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Represent the product in client engagements, forums, and partnerships.
• Track performance and refine roadmap for client value and business impact.
