Join a dynamic remote team dedicated to championing the voice of our customers within the business and shaping a clear, compelling, and consistent voice for our products in the market. As strategic members of the marketing team, we drive and enable end-to-end solution growth and retention. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry while working with a passionate team committed to positive change.
Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager for the Pharmacy segment at PointClickCare is a primary representative from the Marketing team, owning go-to-market and new product launch planning and execution. You will serve as a bridge between product development and market needs, ensuring our solutions resonate with our audiences. In this role, you will be the customer-facing subject matter expert responsible for understanding customer needs and buying criteria, developing marketing and sales enablement assets and tools to transfer that knowledge to the sales channel, and supporting prospect education and lead generation/nurture programs.
In addition to working with the Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and others. This role requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.
