Uproot Clean is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, demand planning, and logistics for a fast-growing ecommerce business. You will build systems that create efficiency and scalability across the supply chain from supplier to customer.

The role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and operational, capable of managing day-to-day execution while driving continuous improvement. Fully remote work across the US, Canada, or Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or Direct-to-Consumer supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, demand planning, logistics coordination and product data.
• Maintain inventory health and ensure timely replenishment.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and identify inefficiencies.
• Build scalable systems and workflows to support growth.
• Coordinate shipments and monitor supplier performance.
