Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a commercial lead to design and integrate the US launch of an mRNA-based personalized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. You will ensure seamless therapy delivery across the treatment ecosystem, coordinating across sites, labs, manufacturing, and logistics.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biotech with strong stakeholder management and process design experience; MBA preferred. Remote work with cross-functional collaboration is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of pharma/biotech/healthcare experience with cross-functional operational models, process design and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize end-to-end treatment journey processes.
• Establish governance frameworks for the US launch.
• Coordinate across treatment sites, laboratories, manufacturing, logistics, and internal teams.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts across the launch ecosystem.
• Partner with IT to evolve orchestration platforms.
