Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years delivering learning in biopharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Oncology or Hematology experience a plus.
• Proven track record building and leading teams to meet objectives.
• Experience with modern learning methodologies and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

• Hire, build and lead a high-performing US Oncology Commercialization Learning Team.
• Create and execute a unified Team Vision, Objectives and Behaviors.
• Deliver US Oncology Strategic Learning Plans aligned to Brand priorities.
• Oversee design and delivery of learning programs using innovative technology.
• Assess training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model.
• Develop and retain a strong team of Learning Managers.
• Collaborate across Enterprise to align learning strategies with business goals.
• Ensure consistent training quality across brands.
