UCB is seeking a US Neurology Learning Lead to own the learning strategy for assigned neurology assets and indications, driving launch readiness, scientific confidence, customer engagement excellence, and sustained performance.

You will lead a team of learning professionals and collaborate with US Medical, Commercial, Access, and global teams to deliver impactful, future-focused learning experiences that support business objectives and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years' learning, capability development, or sales learning experience.
• Field experience in sales, medical, enablement, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience supporting US pharmaceutical product launches.
• People leadership experience with coaching and team development.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead US neurology learning strategy across launches and lifecycle management.
