Job summary

Bris tol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, US Medical Learning, Neuroscience, to remotely lead training for Field Medical and HOM teams. You will design and implement learning strategies that support scientific exchange and timely insights across US neuroscience initiatives.

You will collaborate with WW Medical Learning and US teams, develop programs aligned with medical priorities, and ensure readiness for major congresses and data releases while applying adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, PhD, or MSN strongly preferred.
• 5+ years TA experience in pharma/biotech
• 7–10 years combined pharma/biotech experience with MSL or similar field-based position
• Excellent public presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel ~20% for meetings and trainings

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate and update onboarding and training programs for US Field Medical and HOM teams.
• Ensure launch readiness of FM through innovative learning design and collaboration with field managers.
• Develop ongoing medical/scientific education for US FM and HOM teams and align with matrix partners.
• Coordinate with external speakers/consultants for TA-related topics as needed.
• Apply Adult Learning Principles to design effective training sessions and assess materials regularly.
