Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a US HEVA Neurology Asset/Indication Lead to spearhead health economics and outcomes research for the neurology portfolio.

You will partner with commercial, medical, and market access teams to generate, translate, and disseminate evidence that supports payer value demonstration and access in the United States, while guiding HEOR strategy across indications. The role requires an advanced degree and at least five years in HEOR, with US product launch experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field.
• US product launch experience with a strong understanding of US payer evidence requirements and value demonstration in a competitive market.
• Proficiency in HEOR methods including economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and COA development.
• Ability to translate HEOR findings into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (commercial, medical affairs, clinical development, market access).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Health Economic and Outcomes Research activities for the neurology pipeline across indications.
• Oversee economic modeling, database analyses, observational studies, and COA development to support payer value.
• Develop and communicate HEOR strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with commercial, medical, and market access teams to align evidence needs with business objectives.
• Represent Sanofi at conferences and with payers to translate evidence into access advantages.
