Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in the United States seeks an experienced HEOR professional to drive value evidence for neurology and immunology assets. You will design and execute HEOR studies, analyze real-world data, and develop AMCP dossiers to support payer access and commercial goals.

Responsibilities include prioritizing evidence generation, translating value propositions into hypotheses, and partnering with Medical Affairs, Policy, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, impactful HEOR

Qualifications

  • 3+ years HEOR/real-world evidence (or related) in pharma/biotech; or 5+ years in CRO/non-clinical research.
  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support tactical execution of US HEVA work for Neurology (MS; CIDP) and Next Generation Immunology assets.
  • Design and execute HEOR research to support value demonstration and differentiation in the US.
  • Drive measurable business impact via compliant, efficient HEVA tactics supporting commercial and market access goals.
  • Execute comprehensive US HEVA tactics; set evidence generation priorities for assigned indications and translate target value propositions into evidence hypotheses.
  • Partner with US Medical Affairs/Value & Access and Policy teams to ensure evidence informs value frameworks and ICER responses.
  • Build cross-functional relationships; align with Global HEVA; communicate complex health economics to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Apply HTA/process and compliance knowledge to ensure HEOR activities comply with internal SOPs and applicable laws/regulations.
