Job Description Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a US / LAM Portfolio Planner to be fully dedicated to a Large Banking Client’s global account, to drive strategic planning and optimization actions across multiple geographies. We are looking for a highly proactive candidate with strong written and oral communication skills and industry experience who values collaboration, integrity and our clients’ ultimate satisfaction with the services we provide. The role focuses on research and analysis that translates data into insights supporting recommendations and client deliverables. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the consultant contributes to the development of client presentations and supports stakeholder engagement activities while building core consulting and communication skills. Partner effectively with senior regional and country Real Estate leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and translate strategic objectives into actionable recommendations across portfolio and workplace initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze the client’s real estate portfolio and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals
  • Collaborate with the C&W platform, C&W service line functions, and with stakeholders within the client’s organization to develop the right solutions for our clients and to drive approval and implementation
  • Lead and facilitate meetings to obtain direction, alignment, and buy-in
  • Assist in efforts to leverage insights, collaboration and delivery to ensure that we are the industry leader in product innovation
  • Support client annual planning, budget development, and decisions
  • Provide summary analyses, write and coordinate engaging client reports and deliverables, manage quality control review of deliverables produced

Strategic Analysis and Insights
  • Gather, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, helping translate raw inputs into structured insights used in client decision making.

  • Support analytical approaches, frameworks, and comparative analyses that evaluate current state conditions and explore future state scenarios.
  • Synthesize information into clear summaries and draft content that supports client presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in stakeholder focused activities, such as preparing materials for interviews, workshops, or feedback sessions under senior team member guidance.
  • Support project coordination, including maintaining documentation, tracking inputs, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across work products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.
Client Delivery

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification required
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual Spanish-English required
  • Foundational knowledge of consulting delivery models and strategy processes, including problem framing, scoping, and evidence-based recommendations
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data using Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and basic BI or visualization tools, translating analyses into clear, accurate, and decision‑ready narratives
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data quality considerations, and limits of inference
  • Ability to collaborate within project teams, integrate feedback, and manage shared work effectively
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze defined problems and identify key assumptions or gaps
  • Basic project planning skills, including effort estimation, progress tracking, and risk identification
  • Ability to organize inputs into clear outlines, summaries, and coherent storylines
  • Applicable understanding of commercial real estate practices strongly preferred
  • Strong background and proven experience with portfolio strategy / planning
  • Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, as well as financial modeling, are essential for success in this position
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations to all levels within the organization with minimal direction
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
  • Superior understanding of business concepts and the ability to creatively apply these to varying client needs
