Founded in 2017, Quantum Surgical is a rapidly growing innovative startup company aimed at setting new standards in cancer treatment by enabling more patients to benefit from targeted and less invasive therapy. Quantum Surgical’s mission is to standardize minimally invasive cancer treatment through image-guided navigation, robotic-assistance, and ablation confirmation that will empower physicians and improve patient’s lives.

To achieve this mission, Quantum Surgical has developed Epione , the first all-in-one robotic-assisted tumor ablation technology that can plan, target, deliver and confirm ablation treatments. Epione is a new category of interventional oncology robot that overcomes current procedural challenges, expands physician capabilities, and helps standardize interventional oncology treatments. Epione enables more accurate planning, positioning and confirmation of tumor ablation treatments to reduce complications and expand successful adoption of a key therapy in the treatment of cancer.

Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedUS Marketing Managerto lead commercialization efforts of our Epione robotic solution for interventional radiologists.

This is a remote position and you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing.

You will interact with internal / external partners, physicians, and key decision makers to assist the full commercial launch and integration of Epione in the US. You will work closely with both our sales & marketing teams in the US to assist with downstream, commercialization efforts.

Your duties will be the following:

  • Lead, plan and coordinate marketing initiatives supporting the successful launch and full market release of the Epione robotic system in the US.
  • Develop strategies for conferences and events to maximize customer interactions and accelerate adoption of the technology.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders in developing thriving robotic programs and sharing of best practices.
  • Build a US Marketing organization that scales with the growth of Epione robotic programs in the US.
  • Expand partnerships within the medical device industry to provide additional clinical value for customers.
  • Support physician education programs, product training and site visits for prospective customers with physician KOL’s.
  • Work with the field sales team in supporting customer meetings with physicians and hospital partners for Quantum Surgical products and services.

This is a remote-based role from the United States.

Profile

Required

  • You have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business or technical related field.
  • You have at least 7 years of medical device marketing experience in interventional oncology, tumor ablation, robotics or medical imaging.
  • You have product launch and market development experience with highly disruptive products.
  • You have competences with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • You have strong organizational skills, a creative mind and outstanding communication skills.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • You have experience managing, coaching and mentoring direct reports.
