Job summary

Immunocore seeks a Senior Director, Market and Patient Access (US) to lead strategy and execution for KIMMTRAK and pipeline, overseeing payer coverage, pricing, and reimbursement support with the Field Market Access Team.

You will collaborate with medical, regulatory, marketing, supply chain, finance, and legal/compliance, plus external partners, to shape US market access and value propositions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years in healthcare with US payer/reimbursement experience.
• Experience in oncology market access launch or reimbursement.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based team of NAMs and PAR to ensure patient access and payer coverage.
• Develop and execute US market access strategy and tactics across payers, providers, and patients.
• Refine value propositions with marketing and EU/ROW counterparts.
• Assess payer needs and trends through market research and payer relationships.
• Create market access materials (dossiers, LIMS, formulary toolkits) for field use.
• Negotiate with payers and build relationships with trade associations and networks.
• Partner with US Medical Affairs to influence HEOR strategy.
• Set annual objectives for Field Market Access Team; coach and motivate.
