Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a US Market Access Key Account Director (MAx-KAD) for the Mid Atlantic region.

This field-based role focuses on payer and provider engagement to expand access to CAR-T therapies, negotiating coverage and reimbursement, and building strategic partnerships across national and regional payers and ATCs. The role requires deep expertise in market access, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across organizations.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years or Bachelor’s with 12+ years.
• Experience in oncology or life sciences commercial roles preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic account plans and negotiate complex reimbursement terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account plans and engage payer/provider accounts.
• Negotiate coverage policies, reimbursement terms, and contracts.
• Build and sustain relationships with national and regional payers and ATCs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical, Commercial).
• Provide strategic guidance on payer landscape and access strategies.
