Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accounting leader for the U.S. entity in Morristown, VT. You'll lead the accounting function, ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, and drive accurate financial reporting under U.S.

GAAP. You will coach and develop team members, collaborate with the Global Finance team on initiatives, and partner with operations to optimize processes. A Bachelor's in accounting and 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in leadership, are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. entity's accounting function.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close functions.
• Coach team members through the application of U.S. GAAP.
• Collaborate with Global Finance team members on various accounting initiatives.
