About the Role

KPMG is seeking a US Manager, Safety and Emergency/Incident Programming to join our Enterprise Security Services Organization. This remote position involves managing workplace safety and emergency response programs across domestic and international operations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide consultancy and guidance on workplace safety and emergency/incident response programs.
2. Ensure adherence to safety best practices and standards aligned with firm risk tolerance.
3. Manage risk frameworks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop training and awareness initiatives.
4. Develop and deliver training, perform reviews, facilitate exercises, and support incident response planning.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of eight years' recent experience in workplace safety and emergency response, with global program leadership preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory environments such as OSHA and safety management systems.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate in a matrixed organization.
5. This is a fully remote role within the US, with 5-10% travel as needed. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
