AML3D USA, Inc in Akron, OH seeks a full-time US IT & Compliance Specialist to support cybersecurity, compliance, and daily IT operations. The role focuses on CMMC 2.0, NIST, and export controls with exposure to DoD/regulated environments.

The position offers health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and additional benefits. Pay ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years IT administration/network support experience.
• Working knowledge of NIST, CMMC 2.0, and/or DFARS requirements.
• Experience with physical network infrastructure, Windows Server/Active Directory, firewalls, and endpoint security.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMC 2.0, NIST, ITAR, and U.S. export control compliance.
• Maintain security policies, documentation, access controls, and compliance records.
• Assist with audits, assessments, gap analysis, and remediation activities.
• Install, configure, and maintain networks, servers, workstations, firewalls, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and provide end-user support.
• Maintain network documentation, asset inventories, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support security tools, vulnerability management, patching, MFA, and access controls.
• Assist with exporting licensing, data classification, and controlled-data requirements.
