Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Medical Director in Immunology to serve as the internal medical and scientific lead for U.S. immunology products. You will develop and execute the medical strategy, drive evidence generation, and engage healthcare professionals, payers, and researchers.

You’ll collaborate with Field Medical, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Market Access to ground the plan in science and align with U.S. needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree; MD preferred. Will consider PhD, PharmD, DO.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Allergy/immunology or Medical Affairs in immunology.
• Proven track record developing and executing medical strategies in the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
• Experience in Medical Affairs launch and lifecycle management activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated U.S. Medical Plan covering Medical Education, Communications, Publications, Health Outcomes, Safety, and Clinical Research.
• Provide medical leadership and scientific input to Clinical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales functions.
• Lead AI and data analytics to support medical strategy and evidence synthesis.
• Oversee Real World Evidence studies and ensure timely, accurate data disclosure.
